Manhattan Brown

A collector's edition, dedicated to a friend we lost. Manhattan Brown walked into the Chronic Shop swearing off men for good: "Men are boys. I won't take care of a man." She yelled, she cussed, she held court for the whole tape. Then she took the Chronic Girls Challenge anyway. Loud, funny and uncut.

THE STORY · EST. 2002

From the drink to the network.

Chronic Girls is where Chronic Central started. It began with a drink: the Chronic beverage, the Chronic Girls promoting it, then chronicgirls.com in November 2002. Dope Man hosted, there was no set cast, and every episode brought a different guest through the Chronic Shop. Some nights it was a challenge, some nights it was just life on the block.

Every episode here is the original DV tape, uncut. Before YouTube, this was it.
